![This Windmill in Aboude Netherlands has been converted to a an amazing three bedroom Air B and B rental. We had the pure joy of staying 2 nights in it in April. The countryside around it is beautiful farmland and a small canal runs right across the small road from it. "Our stay was great, fell in love with the town of Abcoude ( short drive or train to Amsterdam ) apartment was fine but description of rooms and bathrooms doesn’t match. It has two bedrooms ( not 3 as it is stated) and 1 toilet, two showers and 1 bathtub. It is described as two toilets and two showers. Great location in the middle of town with restaurants and supermarket close by. Fairly clean , just a few cowwebs in corners and under beds. Extremely steep staircase . Overall, a great place "

"I was worried about my windowless room but it was surprisingly undepressing. Staff were great. Cafe was great, although they were about to change the food menu so i can’t vouch for it now. Location is pretty walkable, but it depends on what you want to be close to. I loved that there were bikes for rent right at the hotel."

"This hotel is near the airport…not really @ the airport. I dont even know where to start. Oh yeah, clean the freakin carpets in the common areas. It looked so gross. The bed was literally a mattress pad atop the box spring. When I called for xtra pillows I was told I had to come get it. When I complained I got some BS about there were only 2 ppl on right now so I would have to wait. Yeah, Ibis got me this 1 time. Never again. "

"Wonderful hotel. Clean, large rooms, extremely helpful and kind staff available 24/7\. You couldn't ask for a better location its an easy walk to either Centraal or the Rijksmuseum, wonderful location to stroll from for sightseeing or people watching. I saw that people had complained about noise but we didn't notice an issue and the hotel offered ear plugs in case. The wifi was reasonable and there is a great (but not included) breakfast in the hotel. If we return to amsterdam we will no question be staying here again, seriously could not recommend it enough. "

"It was good, but one issue. The towel I used had two or three holes, this is the first time this happens to me. This should not happen, unfortunately this made my stay little bit uncomfortable. But the staff eere very kind and friendly! I had a cortesy dinner but is something should not happen again. Thanks and im sure you will take the necessary measures. Hugs"
